Board of Directors NEWS: GM Hiring Process

The hiring process and schedule is as follows:
- 1. Board posts ads for position on craigslist and KRFCFM.org
- 2. Board collects and acknowledges resumes. Deadline, May 23.
- 3. Board convenes search committee consisting of board members and volunteers. Include 1 member of PAC.
- 4. Committee reviews resumes.
- 5. Search committee holds interviews and makes recommendations to board. Deadline, June 15.
- 6. As needed, board will interview candidate, make final determination of an offer.
- 7. Board will announce new GM within 3 days of candidate accepting job. Deadline, July 1.
