A new session of the Colorado General Assembly begins next week.  Rabbi Hillel visits with the two State Representatives from Fort Collins, Rep. Cathy Kipp and Rep. Andrew Boesenecker, about getting ready for the session, what committees they will be on, and the bills they plan to introduce.
